Roles & Responsibilities:
· Formulate & Implement strategy and promotions.
· Plan, schedule, and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns, Property Exhibitions and media placements.
· Write creative briefs for external agencies, negotiate and coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure timely processing of brandings.
· Enhance Brand building through promotional activities (cultural shows, corporate events, campaigns, hoardings, printed brochures, and print ads in newspapers and magazines).
· Supervise the creative design, high quality printing, and widespread distribution of brochures.
· Up to date market intelligence.
· MIS trackers against campaign spend and data.
· Driving business growth & property footfalls.
